This restaurant is called Ristorante “da Caino” GRAND CHEF Relais & Chateaux and has two Michelin stars. The heart and soul of this place is definitely Valeria Piccini. The Caino cellar is truly spectacular, extending several metres under the ancient square with recesses, rooms and subterranean nooks where some 20,000 bottles are stored.
