The fourth episode of The Winery is in the enchanting medieval town of Montalcino, Italy with its fortress and its famous Brunello di Montalcino wine. We’ll visit the museum, and some of the town’s small shops during a gastronomic shopping spree. We’ll get to find out how to make a famous regional recipe and pop into the small shop and workshop of artist Carlotta Parisi Art.
 In this episode we will also visit the Castello Di Velona, a fabulous castle with its five hectares of sun-drenched vineyards, and a land rich in clay and minerals which makes it possible to produce incredible wine.
