Welcome to The Winery, the programme where you discover wines, flavours, cities, culture and tradition.

In this edition of The Winery we are in the Maremma, in the province of Grosseto in southern Tuscany, Italy, an unspoilt region a long way from the centres of mass tourism. On the first day, we will take a dip in the Terme di Saturnia, one of the oldest and most exclusive thermal spas in Italy and visit the Fattoria la Maliosa, famous for its authentic products of artisan wines, honey and extra-virgin olive oil. On the second day we enjoy ourselves on a natural golf course and take a spin on the back of a vintage Vespa. On the third day it’s relaxation before departure. We will visit the village of Montemerano near Saturnia, where we will sample some gastronomic delights, uncover a recipe from Da Caino, the famous Italian restaurant with double Michelin-starred Grand Chef Valeria Piccini and visit the Montauto winery.
